Copiers, multi-functional products, fax machines, and printers.  Offtek will service mostly all Black /White, Color, and MFP manufactured, current, and discontinued products.  Our field service technicians are trained on most models.  Technicians carry service manuals and parts with them.  Most all service calls are completed on the first call.

We offer custom service plans for all machines, no matter where you bought your machine.
We have contracts that cover all parts, labor, and toner. Billing cycles can be annually, quarterly or monthly.
